It's great to find a flexible, high quality European Cultural Centre where there is so much going on from trained native teachers and small classes. Ms Biddle came to have free Italian classes and she was informed of times and costs. We resolved the issue. All our students know that we have a no refund policy like many other schools in Cambridge.

I signed up with classes on a friday and paid in full. whilst doing so i was handed paper from the 'director' of this company which i admit i didnt read properly. the director was speaking to me and could see i wasnt reading it, took my money without verbalising there is no refund. i had read on the website that if you cancel beofore the start date their policy is to take a class feel and refund the rest. i looked at my diary and realised i had been over enthusiatic so i immediately emailed to cancel. i followed this with a phone call on the monday. la dante did offer me other options but none suited. the director didnt speak to me on the monday and did not return my call. The money cleared into their bank the next day and she emailed me and said she was keeping all the money!!! on the bit i had signed it was different to their advertised refund policy. i rang her and i said i am happy to pay an admin fee but she literally said she was keeping my money as without me the class would have to be cancelled as they only have 4 people on the course!!! that isnt my fault and that isnt what your refund policy says!!! unbelievable!!! i said that I am not happy and i want to complain . she said she is the only 'superior' as she owns the school. Be VERY WARY OF THIS SCHOOL!!! I admit i changed my mind but i did every thing possible to let them know before i started. I feel cheated and robbed and I can see why they are struggling for people. I think you can mark a company on how they handle disputes and this is clearly misleading. i feel so sad about this. it is a lot of money to lose (a whole term). i dont have that kind of money. disappointing is the least i can say. Imagine how they will be if you had a problem...dont bother.

I had a really good and useful experience as marketing assistant at La Dante during my erasmus project. I enjoyed and learnt a lot. Good relationships into the Office. the director is very nice and kind.

Anastasia and Taisia learned English with mother tongue trained teachers. They were having small group lessons and then an intensive experience in a local British school which gave them confidence and flair in their spoken English. I warmly recommend La Dante.
