The English Academy is an official Cambridge ESOL Examination Centre, the only one in Dublin City Centre. We were the first active Cambridge computer based test centre in Ireland.

Awful service, director of the school is arrogant and they provide a terrible service to students. I wouldn't recommend this school to anybody. Horrible experience and horrible service.

I'm currently enrolled in this school, attending an evening course in preparation of CAE. The school is in the very centre of Dublin, the building is big, the classes are big too and with wide windows, good light for studying. Good environment to studying, but I'm afraid to say that the quality of the teaching is far more low than I expected. The teacher I have is unable to explain properly, gave us a lot of exercises specific to practicing for the CAE exam, without really going deeply into the grammar/vocabulary/trick for the exam. If I bought a book with the answer, would be the same! In my opinion, what really makes the difference on attending an english course instead of studying on your own is to have someone capable to teach and clarify your doubt. Unfortunately I met the worst teacher.
