their work is very poorly done, they're all in it for the money there's no quality, it’s TOO expensive for what it is, no empathy, no respect, no service, no support, no accompaniment

We went to the sales office in Bogota, my daughter and the son of a friend, children who were12-13 years old, they offered us a safe campus with no drugs, control in the rooms, they sold us what we wanted to hear, none of the above was true, we have very mature children and the older kids on the campus took care of them, I traveled to NY I went to meet the children that gave me peace of mind, but the school nothing.

A waste of time in capital letters. Nobody will listen to complaints "on the go", they pass along your issue from one person to another without ever resolving it at all.

What could this school do better?:
Offer and recommend courses with academic value, where students can practice speaking English with their teachers and not just grammar classes that anyone can find at home.

I can easily say it was the best experience of my life. If you like to travel, if you like to learn, this is the best school for you because you'll learn with professional teachers in a very engaging way.

I had the type of experience that I've never had in any other language school, I met people from everywhere around the world that I'm still in contact with, the only thing I didn't like is the atmosphere in the dorms. It's not very safe, on top of which I find it scandalous that they allow men to be out of their rooms after midnight but women aren't allowed the same privilege.

Being on the campus of EF New York allowed me to practice my English and continue to improve my language skills. The school is quite big with lots of activities organized. The ease of going into the center of the Big Apple is very high. You just have to take the train and you arrive downtown in 30 minutes.

Hi, I went to this campus a month ago, which is about 45-50 min from the big city of New York. This campus has many amenities, from heating in all buildings (I had to go in winter) to wifi in every corner. The campus has a buffet where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. Also something that is really nice is that it has a sports area that has a pool and a gym and basketball court. The rooms are quite comfortable and each student has their own wardrobe and desk (I'd recommend you bring padlocks, since there is furniture with drawers which you can use as a sort of safe.) One important fact about the dormitory buildings is that they have a laundry room (washing and drying). Finally, on campus if you ever have a problem or need help, there is lots of staff who will be there to give you a hand. The people you meet will also want to help you.

They can charge you for EVERYTHING all they do is charging the people who is aware of nothing. They never let you explain the situation and all they care about is charging you.But the teachers all good and cheerful and great ,totally conversely to the staff that does not care about you and your needs.

The school is pretty big and the facitilies are pretty good, the cafeteria and the food are really good, the classes are interesting and they raise your level of English, but I think that you learn the most practicing with the friends you make there. It's useful because you practice your English together and they can teach you a little of their own language. All the EF staff were very friendly and for whatever doubt or anything you need they can help.

I went on a 3-week course in NY, it was one of the best experiences because you get to know a place and at the same time practice speaking a language. The campus is incredible with green spaces and an area for games. My classes were multicultural with classmates for all over the world. I just loved my stay, so much so that I'm already planning to take another summer study trip to another destination. I definitely recommend EF, live the experience! [link removed by administrator]

Excellent campus, teachers that are very capable and professional, typical American food, super cool ambiance, very clean student residences. As for the city, there's nothing more to say. EF AND NEW YORK ARE THE BEST COMBINATION.

very good option, 100% recommended. Not only do you have a fun time with your friends in awesome places, you learn English surprisingly fast when you're with your friends who, for the most part, don't speak Spanish. The teachers are fun and help a lot. The facilities are excellent: gym and cafateria with a buffet !! Quite simply, it's the best experience.

The best school possible in New York, and probably in the entire USA. The teachers are super attentive, the staff is always there to see if you need something, super friendly classmates, absolutely delicious food in the cafeteria. Without a doubt this was the best experience of my life. I'm dying to go back !!

I went 3 years ago to EF New York in the summer. The truth is that the rooms are really bad - they do not have air conditioning and few rooms have fans. The cafeteria is great. The classes are very scattered but you learn more by talking to other people. I recommend going but not in summer.

The dormatory has no air conditioning , dead insects on walls. They won´t even change the bed sheets or take out your trash if you dont ask them to. The bathroom is a joke. It takes 1.5 hour to Manhattan.
