I would like to express my deep gratitude to the College of Central London for the recent letter of recommendation provided. It has only served to strengthen my positive memories accumulated during time I spent in the College. It was a wonderful academic experience for me, as well as enjoyable strong and lasting friendships with highly intellectual and interesting individuals, both students and Tutors. The Maritime Management Course I took was absolutely practical, though really intensive. College is very flexible and can tailor the Course to your needs, even provide Skype conferences. You can take either all the Modules in one time, or study them one by one. At the end, you’ll get practical knowledge, confidence to speak and write the technical language, and get a document (Diploma or Certificate), recognized by International Companies and Universities. Special thanks to [name removed by administrator] and Principal [name removed by administrator] for the countless hours of revisions and advice on my assignments. I appreciate their willingness to work on a tight schedule and help me graduate in a timely manner while pursuing a meaningful direction of my further development in obtaining the professional qualification with Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. I highly recommend this course to every student who wants to make a step up in their shipping career and wish all the best of luck to the future of the College of Central London.

Having studied at The College of Central London for two years now I have found both the facilities and staff to be amazing. I originally started the HND Business course in 2014 and after been out of the educational system for sometime was a bit nervous with what to expect. The staff made my experience an enjoyable one by helping me gradually integrate into the course and into the courses workload. The tutors at the college will go out of their way to cater for your needs as well as the administration staff at the college, nothing is too much. During my time at the college I have seen many students with different needs and abilities. The college will always work alongside students individually managing the students needs. I thoroughly enjoyed my first year at the college and decided to stay on and study a level 7 in Strategic Leadership and Management. All of the students I have met whilst at the college, I have found to be friendly and approachable. The location of the college is superb with very good travel links. Many of the students choose to organise social events after college with it being so close to very good amenities. During my time there and through the tutors many contacts, I have even been able to gain work experience, which incorporates real life scenarios which are valuable for the course. The college also regularly arranges trips in and around the London legal and business sectors. I would definitely recommend the college 100%, especially to anyone one who is looking to get back into education or has had difficulty through the conventional routes.

I found that whilst I liked the owner and manager the college he runs is not conducive to the students actually gaining a qualification, and overall I found the experience was very poor. The teachers seem poorly qualified, and the college itself proved very unwilling to remove disruptive students from class. The apparent aim of trying to keep as many students in the college as possible to collect student fees, effectively meant that 80% of the class were not able to learn enough to actually complete the qualification. Whilst the owner is friendly, his motivation mostly seems to gain income, rather than actually helping students complete the course, and as such I could not recommend the college to others.
