Online websites not working for 2 plus weeks. No communication from Management to Staff and Vice Versa. Doesn't care about students and treated like idiots no matter your age. Very unprofessional and don't give out contact numbers if needing help from your course lecturers. Online not working for weeks and Student Services is disgraceful,unprofessional,can't speak English clearly!! Rushing to try and get things sorted at last minute no preparation work done prior to course commencement or induction. Multiple Students contacting Sydney to try and get problems resolved that Management in Sydney are already aware about eg. Websites,Online Portal, Black Board, Contact Numbers. Half the staff there should be FIRED. Worried about profit Margins not Students Learning. Trying to call them is like calling Centerlink - Goodluck getting through. They will take your money before ensuring Students are ready and happy. Very bitter and sour when trying to be understood and Student Services is not qualified to help students 85% of calls that actual get through. Can't communicate in English fluently!! STUDENTS BEWARE ENROLLING!!! Don't take their shit and give them hell or call Sydney to get all your problems sorted.
