IEP is a really good english program that prepares you to study in college or university. The curriculum is excellent and the teachers are very helpful and friendly. When I arrive the the United States, I didn't know English, but now I am in my sophomore year in college. Thanks to the IEP I learned fast and good. I really recommend it!

This is a good program if you want to improve your English or if you want to prepare for College in the USA. This program helped me to succeed in my application to a master's program. It gave me confidence in my fluency in academic English and prepared me for the TOEFL. Thanks to this program I was able to improve my skills on writing academic papers and reading academic English. It also helped me to improve my listening skills when taking college level classes. The teachers are great, they are always available and they make the classes fun. They are also very respectful to their students' culture. When I took the program I had also someone availble to correct my papers and a conversation partner. I am latina and most of the students were from Asia. This forced me to practice English. Regarding Bellingham it is a small and safe city. Close to Vancouver, Canada and to Seattle. Despite being a small city there is plenty to do, particularly if you like outdoors. You can use public transportation to move within Bellingham. A great resource in the program is that in addition to the English classes you have the opportunity to take College classes as a guest in the class. This is really key to prepare for college.
